We cannot deny our destiny but we do have the power to influence the present. I'll let you in on a secret. I never wanted to be a teacher! But becoming a Yoga Somatics Teacher Trainer has made me realize that Life guides us toward our purpose—and yoga did that for me. The onset of arthritis in my early thirties redirected my heart’s ambition as a contemporary dancer. Now, I inspire others to move using their soma, intuition, and creativity with science-based somatic movement, to unravel physical and emotional tension to live with more autonomy and personal freedom.

I live in Montréal, my hometown. I speak français, and I love outer space, dance, impressionist paintings, travel, nature, the planet, good espresso, and walks by the river with my senior rescue chihuahua, King.
