I'll let you in on a secret: I never wanted to be a yoga teacher! But Life guides us toward our purpose—and yoga did that for me. A series of injuries in my mid-thirties redirected my heart’s passion, contemporary dance. Now, I inspire others to move using their soma, intuition, and creativity with science-based somatic movement, to unravel physical and emotional tension to live with more autonomy and personal freedom.

I live in Montréal, my hometown. I speak français, and I love outer space, dance, impressionist paintings, travel, nature, the planet, good espresso, and walks by the river no matter the Canadian weather.
