I'll let you in on a secret: I never wanted to be a yoga teacher! But Life guides us toward our purpose—and yoga did that for me. A series of injuries sustained in my mid-thirties during other peoples' yoga teacher trainings redirected my heart’s passion as a contemporary dancer and chreographer. Now, I inspire others to move using their soma, intuition, and creativity with science-based somatic movement, to unravel physical and emotional tension in order to live with more personal freedom.
I live in Montréal, my hometown. I speak français, and I love nature, outer space, and the ocean, dance, impressionist paintings, and riding my bicycle, gardening, travel, a really good espresso daily, and walks by the river no matter the Canadian weather.

As a Somatic Movement Educator my 1:1 Coaching Sessions teach clients gentle, effective exercises and mind-body techniques to reset the nervous system and return the body to a neutral state of natural movement.
My clients are skillfully guided through a series of exercises that work deeply to highlight areas with muscle dysfunction otherwise known as Sensory Motor Amnesia. During the sessions, clients take an active versus passive role facilitating lasting change at the level of the motor cortex.
This somatic modality is called “Education” because the exercises teach clients how to harness the down-regulation skills that they already possess— so that they can use these tools in real life situations, on a day to day basis.
